1.正確な受注入力および、適切な出荷・集荷指示を行うとともに、顧客の希望納期に応じた製品供給を実行する。納品スケジュールの確認と進捗確認を行い、未着や物流トラブルが発生した場合には速やかに状況を把握し、関係部署と連携のうえ報告する。
2.製品不具合や除細動作動など、患者の安全や治療継続に関わる緊急ケースに対して、関係部門および委託業者と連携し、交換品の出荷を迅速に手配する。必要な情報収集を行い、状況を関係者へ共有し、患者や医療機関への影響を最小限に抑える。
3.出荷済み製品の納品先・数量・出荷日等の情報確認、およびシリアル番号・ロット番号の記録・照合を行い、出荷履歴を正確に管理し、トレーサビリティを確保する。
4.返却品の回収状況を確認し、未返却が判明した場合には営業部門を通じて顧客への連絡を依頼する。
5.梱包資材等の在庫を適切に管理し、欠品を防止するために必要な発注を行う。資材の仕様変更や改訂時には、関係部署と連携し切替対応を行う。
