【仕事内容】
1. 戦略的チームマネジメントと組織開発

• カスタマーサービスおよび調達チーム（約5名）のピープルマネジメント。
• KPI（サービスレベル、在庫回転率、輸送コスト等）の設定と、達成に向けた戦略立案。
• メンバーの育成を通じた、強固なサプライチェーン組織の構築。

2. 統合的S&OP（販売・生産計画）の推進

• 月次・週次のS&OP会議をリードし、生産・営業・物流・購買の利害を調整。
• SAPを活用したデータドリブンな意思決定により、リソースの最適化と生産の安定化を実現。
• 突発的な需要変動や供給リスクに対する、迅速かつ戦略的なリカバリープランの策定。

3. 顧客価値の最大化と需要マネジメント

• 主要顧客（完成車メーカー等）との強固な信頼関係構築と、高精度の需要分析。
• 外部物流プラットフォームや最新ITツールの活用による、納入リードタイムの短縮と可視化。

4. 在庫戦略とサプライヤー・コラボレーション

• キャッシュフロー最大化に向けた在庫削減プロジェクトの立案と実行。
• サプライヤーとの物流スキーム（VMI、ミルクラン等）の最適化に向けた交渉と構築。

At Valeo, one of the world’s largest automotive parts suppliers, this role serves as the “command center” responsible for ensuring stable product supply and optimizing the entire supply chain.

Beyond routine management, you will act as a transformation leader, integrating demand forecasting, production planning, inventory management, and procurement across functions to drive profitability maximization and enhanced customer satisfaction.

【Division and Products】
◎ Valeo Japan is organized into four divisions:

１）Power Division：Designs, develops, and manufactures products and solutions for thermal management, comfort, and electric powertrains to accelerate electrification.

２）Brain Division：Designs, develops, and manufactures products and solutions to accelerate ADAS and reinvent interior experiences.

３）Lighting Division：Designs, develops, and manufactures products and solutions for “Lighting Everywhere.”

４）Valeo Service Division：Provides after-sales services for all products from divisions 1～3.

This position is within the Power Division.

【Key Responsibilities】
1. Strategic Team Management & Organization Development

• People management of the Customer Service and Procurement teams (approx. 5 members)
• Define KPIs (service level, inventory turnover, transportation cost, etc.) and develop strategies to achieve them
• Build a strong and resilient supply chain organization through continuous team development

2. Integrated S&OP (Sales & Operations Planning) Leadership

• Lead monthly and weekly S&OP meetings, aligning stakeholders across Production, Sales, Logistics, and Purchasing
• Drive data-driven decision-making using SAP to optimize resources and stabilize production
• Develop rapid and strategic recovery plans to address sudden demand fluctuations and supply risks

3. Demand Management & Customer Value Maximization

• Build strong, trusted relationships with key customers (OEMs, etc.) and conduct high-accuracy demand analysis
• Reduce and visualize delivery lead times through the use of external logistics platforms and advanced IT tools

4. Inventory Strategy & Supplier Collaboration

• Plan and execute inventory reduction initiatives to maximize cash flow
• Negotiate and implement optimized logistics schemes with suppliers (e.g., VMI, milk-run logistics)

【Required Qualifications】

• At least 3 years of experience in production planning / production control related to automotive parts
• Proven ability to create and manage production planning schedules
• Business-level Japanese proficiency or above for internal communication
• Business-level English proficiency or above, used in external communications

【Preferred Qualifications】

• Experience using SAP tools
• 5+ years of experience in supply chain management
• Team management experience
