We are looking for an Account Manager specialized in Client Success to join our growing team. Working hand in hand with the Media Trading team, our Client Success team plays a key role in the operation of our business by focusing on building the growth and engagement of our client base.

For this position, we value:
- Japanese native level and English business level.
- Keen understanding & interest in the digital advertising ecosystem and the programmatic marketplace in particular,
- Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline with strong academic results
- 2 to 7 years of work experience in client servicing / client facing roles, ideally in account management, sales or business development roles
- Familiar with critical account management responsibilities such as retention of clients, up-selling and cross-selling across your client pool
- Proven track record in fulfilling and exceeding sales targets
- Experienced in dealing with complex or escalated customer situations, and able to navigate large organizations and gain executive level buy-in
- Excellent interpersonal skills & ability to think outside the box as needed with an instinct for creativeness

In this role, as the Client Success / Account Manager will be in charge of managing and growing a designated portfolio of clients, and responsible for:
- Consulting & providing strategic recommendations to meet the needs of your clients,
- Achieve monthly retention & renewal targets of existing clients, and grow overall portfolio size by up-selling and cross-selling across Mediakeys suite of products & services,
- Build positive, long-lasting relationships with our client base by upholding high standards of customer service
- Proactively identify issues that may impact a renewal, and engage all available resources to resolve any issues related to our SaaS platforms,
- Actively track client's usage of our solutions, ensuring activity and engagement levels are kept high,
- Build and grow relationships within the client's organization at all levels including Senior Executives, decision makers, and users of our products.
