Insurance Account Manager

Our ideal candidate is a motivated team player who has the ability to stay focused in a fast-paced work environment Perks for working with our company: • Work from home/Hybrid • Comprehensive training • Bonuses can be earned • We offer all-expense-paid trips to all who qualify Responsibilities: • Initiate personalized outreach to potential clients through warm calls, leveraging existing relationships, referrals, and mutual connections • Consult with clients to help process quotes and issue renewals or any updates needed to current policies • Communicate regularly with key industry reps regarding industry standards, insurance products, current rates, coverages, insurance policies, and carriers so that you are always ready to help clients, underwriters, sales representatives, account executives, and the rest of our service team understand and address new rules and policy updates • Answer clients completely on policy or billing questions including explanations about their coverage or rate adjustments to ensure total understanding Qualifications: • Proficiency in basic computer skills, specifically in utilizing Microsoft Office Suite applications such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint is required • Excellent follow-up skills, both written and verbal communication abilities, and strong problem-solving skills are essential • A minimum of an Associate's or Bachelor’s degree is preferred, although candidates with insurance industry experience will also be considered • While beneficial, prior relevant insurance experience as an insurance agent or in a similar role is not mandatory as training will be provided for suitable candidates About Company: At T.
