Description
* Ensure the quality of the internal accounting and reporting systems in accordance with IFRS and JGAAP.
* Lead, motivate and develop the team of experienced Accountants you are responsible for.
* Direct the team to improve the internal processes.
* Manage and improve the internal ERP system on SAP basis.
Profile
* Self-starter, proactively make action
* 3+ years of experience in Accounting
* Experience with IFRS and JGAAP
* Experience with SAP
* Japanese and English on at least business level proficiency, as you need to communicate with oversea offices
* Passionate and able to proceed projects forward under ambiguous situation
* Keep good relationship with business partners even when critical conflict incurs
* Team player
