Job Responsibilities:
- Manage system/subsystem requirements, traceability, and changes
- Coordinate defect tracking, root cause analysis, and issue resolution
- Align cross-functional teams (engineering, QA, customer)
- Drive change management and feasibility analysis
- Ensure delivery quality, timeline, and compliance
- Act as the central coordination point to ensure end-to-end system integration and alignment across ADAS development programs.
Job Qualifications:
- Experience in management (eg, DOORS) and JIRA-based defect tracking
- Strong root cause analysis and problem-solving skills (8D, etc.)
- Experience in change management and system integration
- Strong stakeholder communication and coordination skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in automotive/ADAS or embedded systems
- Knowledge of V-model, ASPICE, ISO 26262
- Exposure to OEM/Tier-1 customer environments
Languages : Business level Japanese (N2 or higher) and Business level English.
