About this roleJoin our Industrial Autonomy & Engineering (IA&E) unit as an ECU / ADAS Software Architect, designing scalable, safety-critical architectures for next-generation AI-enabled mobility systems. Working within a multi-program engagement for a leading global Tier-1 supplier, you will lead end-to-end ADAS system architecture — from AUTOSAR layer design through safety and cybersecurity compliance — shaping the future of software-defined, autonomous mobility.
スキル・資格
Required Qualifications・7+ years of experience in automotive embedded software development with ECU or ADAS architecture experience
・Strong expertise in AUTOSAR (Classic and/or Adaptive)
・Experience optimizing SoC/MPU resource utilization and software integration
・Experience translating system requirements into software architecture and module design
・Exposure to ASPICE development processes
・Business-level proficiency in both Japanese and English
Preferred Qualifications・Hands-on experience designing systems compliant with ISO 26262 (Functional Safety) and ISO 21434 (Cybersecurity)
・Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automated software testing environments
・Strong understanding of hardware-software co-design and low-level embedded systems
・Experience performing technical feasibility studies, risk assessments, and architecture trade-off analysis
LanguageJapanese/English bilingual, advanced business level required. English is used for communication with the offshore team, and Japanese for communication with customers.

・Design and lead scalable software architectures for ADAS ECU platforms
・Define layered architectures and system integration using Classic and Adaptive AUTOSAR
・Optimize SoC/MPU resource utilization and overall system performance
・Ensure compliance with ISO 26262 and ISO 21434
・Translate customer requirements into software specifications and module designs
・Collaborate with hardware and Basic Software (BSW) teams to support system integration
・Support CI/CD pipelines and ensure ASPICE-aligned software development
・Conduct feasibility studies and technical risk assessments throughout the project lifecycle

The team collaborates across project management, system architecture, software development, AI integration, system integration, validation, safety, and security to deliver scalable, high-quality, production-ready ADAS solutions.
