Description
* Review and manage daily general affairs process
* Manage contract documents
* Pay visits to banks, legal affairs bureaus, and post offices
* Assist with payment procedures (printing out invoices, etc.)
* Manage equipment purchase and inventory, conference room reservations
* Manage executive's schedule and coordination of various deadlines
* Expense settlement assistance/contract management
* Manage team members (recruitment, interviews, and training)
Profile
* Executive Assistant, Office Manager, General Affairs experience in global environment
* Excellent verbal and writing communication in both English and Japanese (native level)
* Understand financial services, the local market, company services and have experience in a client relationship function with the relevant organization.
* Detail oriented with strong sense of confidentiality
* Experience with office set up, organzing events and conferences
