Provide setup, monitoring, and troubleshooting support for video conferencing systems to ensure smooth communication between onsite and remote participants.

Devices in Scope:

Cisco Webex Room Kit EQ: Modular conferencing system used in large meeting rooms, providing high-quality video, camera tracking, and integrated audio components.
Cisco Room Bar: All-in-one conferencing device combining camera, microphone array, and speakers, typically used in small to medium meeting rooms.
Microsoft Surface Hub: Interactive collaboration display with Microsoft Teams integration and digital whiteboard capabilities used during meetings and presentations.
Neat Bar Pro: Video conferencing system designed for medium to large rooms, offering advanced cameras and audio processing for high-quality meetings.
Lenovo ThinkSmart Core: Compute unit used in Microsoft Teams Rooms environments that runs the meeting software and connects to room AV peripherals.

Responsibilities:

Event Support: Manage and support events such as Townhalls, Webcasts, TelePresence calls, and executive briefings.
Meeting Support: Set up and support meetings, delivering a high-quality AV experience for all attendees.
Equipment Maintenance: Maintain and operate AV equipment including projectors, displays, video walls, speakers, cabling, and conferencing systems.
Room Inspections: Conduct regular inspections of meeting rooms to confirm equipment is present, properly configured, and fully functional.
Presentation Skills: Deliver a short monthly onboarding presentation for new hires.
Maintenance: Provide preventive maintenance support or coordinate with contracted AV maintenance vendors.
Housekeeping: Maintain professional standards of housekeeping in AV work areas and equipment storage.
End User Support: Provide daily AV assistance to staff and executives, ensuring complete customer satisfaction.
ServiceNow: Handle AV-related tickets in ServiceNow (experience with ticketing systems welcomed).
Collaboration: Work closely with stakeholders, operations manager, and team leads on special projects and AV initiatives.
