Google Customer Solutions teams are trusted advisors who maintain a focus on customer success by bringing the best Google has to offer. In this role, you will work with a wide variety of agencies and customers to deliver the optimal advertising solution for every partner. Your knowledge of agency landscape, online media combined with your business skills and analytical abilities will help shape how accounts in the program will grow. Engaging with executives on the customer side, you will help the Account Strategists set the vision and the strategy for our customers and how they can grow and transform their businesses.
As an Agency Sales Manager, you'll lead and coach an account strategist team primarily to understand our advertisers' business needs and deliver measurable solutions that grow their businesses. As a manager of the agency team seller, you will coach and work closely with the Agency Development Manager also in developing the ground through the partner for our customer to grow deeply and in a scalable manner. You will work with the Agency Head to set strategic objectives and run the day-to-day operations for the business. You will partner directly with customers as well as the key stakeholder of the agencies to deliver the most advanced solutions Google can offer.

In collaboration, we create and implement business plans broadly for all types of businesses.
