・システム開発経験5年以上
・各種業務システムの導入経験(アプリケーション、ソフトウェア、インフラストラクチャ問わず)
・業務要件定義、システム要件定義、設計・開発・テスト、移行(システム移行、業務移行)、プロジェクト管理経験、運用設計、といった一連のシステム企画～開発～運用までの一部、若しくはすべての工程の経

◆望ましい経験

・スキル・生成AIに関わる基礎知識(LLM, Prompt Engineering, LangChain, Responsible AI, 等)
・生成AIを活用したアプリケーション開発(RAGアーキテクチャを利用した生成AIシステム開発、等)に関する知識と実務経験
・データサイエンティストとしてデータ分析に関する知識と実務経験
・PythonやJavaなどのプログラミング言語への精通と、ソリューション、フレームワーク、ライブラリ(例：TensorFlow、PyTorch、Keras)の実務経験
・アジャイル開発に関する知識と実務経験
・クラウドサービスおよびクラウドネイティブ技術に関する知識
・クラウドサービスを利用したスケーラブルで高可用性のAIソリューションを設計、実装、管理する能力
・オフショア開発および開発管理に関する実務経験
・英語(ビジネスレベル)
