業務内容
• Oversees front entrance, driveway and lobby operations
• Supports and trains Entry Ambassadors
• Greets Members and guests and ensures smooth operations
• Communicates with other departments, taxi companies and chauffeurs
• Handles parking guidance and complaints professionally
• Maintains safe and clean entrance and parking areas
• 正面入り口・車寄せ・ロビーエリアの管理
• メンバー・ゲスト対応およびフロントドアオペレーション
• エントリーアンバサダーのサポート・トレーニング
• 他部署、タクシー会社、運転手との連携
• 駐車ルール案内および苦情対応
• エントランス・駐車場の安全管理
