To source, interpret, generate and disseminate high quality Health Economics, Outcomes Research (HEOR) and Real World Data (RWD) information in a timely fashion to direct and support the Business related to all regional and national brand Health Technology Assessment (HTA) activities and act as an expert with external stakeholders.
Establish RWD, HEOR, and/or HTA models and analytic capabilities by partnering with key enterprise stakeholders including global/ regional / and other related functions and stakeholders externally and internally in the organization on the development and operation of the Data Mart including Japanese Real World Data.
Implement new analytic solutions and approaches.
Be responsible for the design (study protocol, case report forms, and questionnaires) and execution of research projects from a health outcomes perspective, including health economics, patient-reported outcomes, and retrospective and prospective observational studies for providing data to pharmacoeconomic models and to demonstrate the value of products
Lead or support the sourcing, interpretation, generation of H&V information and data for internal and external customers on defined business categories to demonstrate the value of Pfizer products related to emergent HTA processes and/or value of usage of overall outcome & evidence data including RWD/HEOR through working closely with Clinical Research, Medical Affairs, Business Analytics & Insights (BA&I), BT, and other stakeholders in Japan internally & externally to leverage and facilitate outcome & evidence data generation and analytics.
Provide technical input into economic models; evidence synthesis projects as well as pricing and HTA readiness activities to Outcome & Evidence Strategy team.
Proactively research and familiarise self with broad range of HTA/HE models and track/assess development of Japanese system and evidence requirements
Advise on which Health and Value measures should be included within clinical studies to support HTA submissions
Provide and present health and value HTA technical information, advice and training to all relevant colleagues and to external customers and develop and incorporate HEOR material for H&V, Medical and Business Units’ needs from technical point of view.
