* Strategically lead sourcing and contract negotiations, ensuring alignment with business needs and cost-effectiveness.
* Craft and execute sourcing plans, considering both internal needs and external market dynamics.
* Maintain and expand relationships with key stakeholders, integrating procurement strategies with broader business objectives.
* Analyze value chains to inform decisions on indirect spending, ensuring alignment with company goals.
* Drive cost reduction and efficiency improvements in commercial negotiations with suppliers.
* Promote and support adherence to qualified supplier networks, underlining the importance of leveraging approved sources.
* Contribute to continual improvement of the sourcing process and support global procurement initiatives.
* Uphold the company's purchasing policies, with a sharp focus on risk management and brand reputation.
Profile
* Holds a Bachelor's degree in business or supply chain with at least 5 years of relevant sourcing and contracting experience.
* Exhibits excellent analytical and project management skills with the ability to adapt quickly to changing environments.
* Communicates effectively in English and Japanese; proficiency in Korean is a plus.
* SAP experience is mandatory
* Is a team player with strong self-motivation, capable of working with cross-functional teams.
