About this Position
当ポジションは技術部門に所属しますが、新製品の研究開発ではなく、既存製品に関する技術サポートを担当いただきます。お客様や社内関係者と連携しながら、ラミネーション、ラベル、紙関連製品の拡販を技術面から支援し、製品価値の最大化に貢献いただく重要なポジションです。
What you´ll do
- ラミネーション、ラベル、紙関連製品の技術サポート
- 製品評価および性能検証の実施
- 顧客先でのラインテストおよび導入サポート
- 顧客との技術的な打ち合わせ・課題解決支援
- 製品に関する問い合わせ対応
- 品質クレーム発生時の原因分析および改善提案
- 営業部門と連携した拡販活動の技術支援
- 社内外の関係者に対する技術情報の提供およびプレゼンテーション
What makes you a good fit
必須要件
- 化学、化学工学、材料工学、または関連分野の学士号を取得されている方
- 日本語がネイティブレベル、かつ英語でのビジネスコミュニケーションに抵抗がない方
- 包装材、ラミネーション、ラベル、製紙、接着剤業界において3年以上の実務経験をお持ちの方、ラミネーション用途に関する技術知識および顧客対応経験をお持ちの方
- 以下いずれかの技術領域で実務経験をお持ちの方：溶剤系接着剤、無溶剤接着剤、ポリウレタン（PU）関連技術
- テクニカルサービス、アプリケーションエンジニア、TS&D（Technical Service & Development）等の顧客対応型技術職の経験
- 顧客、営業部門、製品開発部門と連携しながら業務を推進した経験
- 製品評価、トラブルシューティング、ラインテスト、顧客先での技術サポート経験
- 国内外への出張に対応可能な方 （国内出張に加え、韓国・インドネシア等への海外出張を含む）

- 接着剤メーカーまたは関連業界での勤務経験
- 感圧接着剤（Pressure Sensitive Adhesive）に関する知見
- ラベル用途または紙加工用途に関する技術経験
- 外資系企業またはグローバル企業での勤務経験
- 顧客クレーム対応、品質管理、品質改善プロセスに関する知識
- CRMシステムの利用経験
- 顧客向けの技術トレーニングやプレゼンテーション経験
- 新製品導入やイノベーションプロジェクトへの参画経験
