- Minimum 3-5 years of recent experience- installing, configuring, testing and supporting 3rd party applications ( QNXT, CES, TriZetto Elements Suite, NetworX Pricer, .NET, Java, and other MS based applications). Worked /troubleshoot an Identity Access Manager (Microsoft Azure Active Directory)
- fixing bugs
- working on migrations
- working on enhancements
- performing security backups
- restoring services
- system health monitoring
- Troubleshooting and performing root cause analysis on issues with applications
- Working with various vendors including Cognizant
- Knowledge of VMWare
- Experience understanding/ working with QNXT (5.9 or higher)
- Understanding Agile methodology
- Great communications skills
