Description
Promote sales activities - work closely with sales, product managers, and implementation consultants throughout sales activities/pre-sales stage to promote sales activity from understanding customer requirements until creating final proposals and supplementary materials. Also, lead implementation measurement workshops and completing the business case including ROI analysis and implementation project plan, completing a POC, creating added value and developing the demonstration.
Support marketing events and demand development - work closely with cross-functional teams to create marketing and demand development-related activities such as events, webinars, etc. Propose solutions for successful implementation projects and upsells, and pass on the proposal to implementation team to ensure a smooth start of the project.
Internal Training/Support/Process Development - Support the continued development of market development policies, demonstration environments, and contribute to the improvement and development of internal processes to support the expansion and success of the business. Train and mentor employees in Value Architect domain knowledge.
Hands-on support - make necessary preparations and fill in the gaps until the product is successfully utilized by the customer.
Profile
* Pre-sales experience with large-scale transformation/software implementation projects for enterprise clients
* Experience creating and delivering presentations and product demonstrations
* Relevant domain knowledge is highly preferred; finance and accounting system
* Business-level language proficiency ( (Japanese and English)
* Experience using/implementing SAP is a plus
