You're the visual storyteller, turning ideas into eye-catching designs that captivate and communicate. Working closely with our senior creatives, you'll dive into the heart of our campaigns, crafting everything from striking layouts to compelling digital and social content. What You'll Do

  • Develop and execute creative concepts for digital, print, and social media platforms.
  • Collaborate with copywriters and other creative team members to conceptualize and develop visual solutions for marketing campaigns.
  • Ensure all materials align with the brand's visual identity and messaging.
  • Edit and proofread creative materials to ensure accuracy and consistency.
  • Oversee the creative quality of projects in collaboration with production companies.
  • Participate in client presentations and agency brainstorming sessions
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve the quality of work.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Take part in the agency's culture and self-promotion initiatives.
  • Be open to constructive feedback from supervisors and other team members
  • Influence and inspire other creatives with your energy and passion for bold ideas.


Requirements

  • Proven experience as an art director in an advertising agency or related field.
  • Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects - Canva/Figma/Max/MSP/Arduino are a plus).
  • Strong understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory.
  • Creative thinking and the ability to generate original ideas.
  • Business-level or higher proficiency in both Japanese and English (written and verbal).
  • Attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Organized and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • A degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field is preferred.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing a range of creative work.
