deploy, manage, and continuously improve efficiency, reliability quality and safety performance,
across Production Operations to aim at best in class through TPM, analytics and the continuous
improvement of equipment.
Through an empowered organization, high performance work team, and stakeholder collaboration as
a part of M&R management, deploy, manage, and continuously improve the site TPM program
ensuring best in class asset performance across the site (especially support-functions to the
operation, such as tool crib and wash room) through analytics and the continuous improvement of
equipment efficiency, reliability quality and safety performance
