JOB TITLE: Associate Event Specialist

DEPARTMENT: Event Management & Operations

REPORTING TO: Manager, Japan Event Management

Main Responsibilities

学会案件マネジメントのスペシャリストとして、各OU(Operating Unit:事業部)のマーケティング部門や関係者と協力して、学会活動やイベント、販売促進活動を企画運営する。その専門性を活かし担当OUのインターナル向けイベントのサポートを担う場合もある。

• 学会案件を通じてマーケティング戦略とビジネス販売目標の実現に繋がるプロモーション企画、運営を担う
• 学会案件を通じて顧客、潜在顧客数を最大化するために、OUマーケティング、営業部門とコミュニケーションを図る
• 学会での製品展示、セミナー展開をOUマーケティング、営業部門にコミュニケーションし調整しながら運営する
• 主催学会や運営事務局、様々な外部ベンダーとコミュニケーションし調整を行いながら案件を進捗させる
• 各学会団体との関係構築
• 各OUプロモーション活動に貢献すべく、新製品ローンチ時のコアメンバーとして戦略立案から関わり、実行する
• 従業員間のコミュニケーションを促進し、エンゲージメントを向上させるためのインターナルコミュニケーションイベントにおいてサポートを担う場合がある

Must Haves

Education

• 学士（4年生大学卒）以上又はそれに相当する学位

Job Experience

• 営業やマーケティングの経験いずれか、もしくは合わせて5年以上

Competencies/Language Skills

• 誠実さ
• 相手の立場を尊重出来るマインド
• チームワーク・コミュニケーションスキル
• フレキシビリティ/問題解決能力
• 向上心（成長意欲の高い方歓迎）
• 英語力（メールなどでのコミュニケーションなどを円滑に行えるレベル）

Computer Skills

• PowerPoint/Word/Excelなど一般的なPCスキル、Officeを使いこなせるレベル
• SharePoint

Physical Requirements

• 宿泊を伴う国内外出張が可能なこと
• 担当案件により土日や祝日を挟む休日出勤が伴う場合がある

Nice to Have

• 医療業界経験者歓迎
• ビジネスレベルの英会話スキル
