Our role is to help our clients automate their business processes through PwC owned web applications. With our growing client portfolio and new demands from an evolving environment, our business model requires dedicated, committed and proactive candidates.
Your role as an Application Implementation Analyst would be to master operations within our PwC owned application which will involve setting up new client instances, configuring the application as per the client’s business requirements and ensuring all configurations are up to the required standards.
What we are looking for
PwC Professional skills and responsibilities for this level include but are not limited to:
- Analyse client business requirement documents;
- Configure and maintain PwC developed applications ;
- Liaise with clients for requirements gathering;
- Generate reports and simple database queries to validate issues or perform troubleshooting;
- Adhere to predefined set up checklists;
- Perform self review of all configurations prior to second eye reviews;
- Monitor application progress with PwC network team;
- Act as an intermediary for our PwC implementation team;
- Propose improvement points to optimise clients’ new configurations;
- Expand your skills utilising the latest technologies and training;
- Achieve delivery of core and customised solutions in accordance with agreed schedules, procedures and standards;
- Be self-driven to ensure responsiveness and resolution time targets are met;
- Handle, manipulate and analyse data and information responsibly;
- Communicate confidently in a clear, concise and articulate manner - verbally and in the materials produced;
- Seek and respond to development feedback;
- Other duties may be assigned.
What do you need to have
- Degree in Information Technology or any IT field related diploma;
- Knowledge in SQL would be an advantage;
- Must have analytical ability and design thinking mindset;
- Candidate must be detail oriented;
- Understanding or exposure to database would be an advantage;
- Related certifications such as Microsoft and database oriented certifications will be an advantage;
- Good communication skills and fluent in English.
