スキル・資格
• At least 1 or more year of experience in restaurant or bar preferably with high demand.
• Provide courteous and efficient customer service following the Club’s standards at the assigned restaurant.
• Language: English: Advanced level; /Japanese: Intermediate
• PC Skill: MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Previous experience in POS systems is preferable
• レストランやバーでの最低一年以上の経験。繁忙店での経験が望ましい。
• 配属されたレストランで、クラブ基準に従って丁寧かつ効率的な顧客サービスを提供する。
• 英語： ビジネスレベル　日本語：日常会話レベル。
• PC　スキル：　MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)　POS経験があれば尚可。
業務内容
- Welcome the Members and ensure their dining experience is pleasant by meeting their expectations in a consistent manner.
- Taking orders from our members and process them by using POS system
- Great communicating with both teams kitchen & service.
- Serving dishes/drinks to the right table
- Provide courteous and efficient customer service at an assigned restaurant outlet
- メンバーの皆様に満足いただけるようおもてなしをする
- 会員からの注文を受け、POSシステムを使って処理する
- キッチンとのコミュニケーションを図りながらメンバーからの要望に応える
- 正確に配膳する
- 配属されたレストランで、丁寧かつ効率的な顧客サービスを提供する
学歴
Graduates from hotel school or hospitality degree is a plus
ホテルスクール、ホスピタリティ学科卒業尚可
