Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of practical development experience in automotive parts/components

- Strong communication skills to collaborate smoothly with internal and external stakeholders
Preferred Qualifications
- 3+ years of practical development experience in vehicles, in-vehicle ECUs, or in-vehicle/automotive components
- Experience in system design or software/hardware development for embedded products
- Basic knowledge of C language or model-based development (MATLAB/Simulink)
- Experience in system design compliant with Automotive SPICE (A-SPICE)
- Business-level English proficiency (practical experience with overseas offices or overseas OEMs)
Language proficiency: Japanese – Native level and English – Basic conversational level or above.
