Automotive Software Quality Assurance Leader

Annaul Salary: 6 Million yen and Above

Job Responsibilities:

• In collaboration with the project development team, lead quality reviews in the agile cycle to maintain quality.
• Conduct capability level assessments (audits) according to a process model that evaluates the "quality" and "capability" of project development, and lead process improvement and maintenance.
• Promoting Compliance with Next-Generation Standards: Build and improve the integrated development process platform to respond to new standards such as functional safety and cybersecurity.
• Global Internal Audit: Audit domestic and international locations regarding ASPICE compliance and provide guidance on process improvement.
• Customer Front-Line Operations: As the quality contact for customers (major domestic manufacturers), conduct high-level communication regarding process compliance.

Job Qualification:

• Experience leading an organization or project
• Knowledge of quality management standards (ISO 9001 / IATF 16949).
• Basic knowledge of automotive industry standards (ISO 26262 / ISO 21434).

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in design and evaluation related to embedded software.
• Understanding of the V-model and experience on the right side.
• Practical experience or assessor qualifications from ASPICE.

Language proficiency: Business Level Japanese (JLPT N2) and Business Level English.
