Automotive Tier 1 Sales Manager

Full-time 13,000,000 JPY

Responsibility


· Drive sales team as team leader towards short term (revenue/DW target for respective year)/long term (5 years strategy) goal.

· Establish account strategy incl. long term (5 years) plan in corporate with OEM account sales, business development, marketing and report to entire organization.

· Set up team required to deploy account strategy.

· Encourage/motivate team member and manage each sales staff


Requirements

· Minimum 5 years’ experience in account sales position in Automotive industry as team/group leader position.

· English communication skill to perform presentation to audience inside/outside of Japan.

· Preferred to have experience in semiconductor industry.
