Predicate Logic is looking for a motivated Aviation C2 Systems Instructor to join our team in Okinawa, Japan.

SECURITY CLEARANCE:
- Applicant must hold an active Department of War (DoW) personnel security clearance or be eligible to obtain one.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide instruction, mentorship, and hands-on training for aviation Command and Control (C2) systems, including Marine Corps Programs of Record (POR) used in Air Combat Intelligence and aviation command environments.
- Deliver classroom sessions, system demonstrations, and scenario-driven practical applications in support of aviation mission planning, execution, and assessment. Integrate aviation intelligence, surveillance, and reconnaissance (ISR) data into C2 systems to support tactical decision-making, targeting, and battlespace awareness.
- Conduct training exercises for aviation command centers, watch officers, and battle staff, emphasizing real-time C2 integration, COP accuracy, and ISR tasking.
- Support curriculum development, POI refinement, and training material updates in accordance with SAT-E methodology.
- Mentor Marines on operational employment of aviation C2 systems in support of MAGTF and Joint aviation operations.
- Collaborate with Marine Air Wings, MEF staffs, training commands, and program offices to synchronize aviation C2 training with operational requirements. Ensure compliance with security protocols and accreditation standards.
- Support the collecting, processing, analysis, and evaluation of information at the strategic, operational, and tactical levels.
- Support one or more intelligence areas pertaining to, but not limited to, counterterrorism, infrastructure, cybersecurity, and fluency in/active usage of languages used in the analytic intelligence and counterintelligence process, and all phases of the intelligence cycle, such as production and dissemination.
EXPERIENCE:
- Ten (10) years with military/DoW training of related experience with intelligence areas as outlined in the general duties/experience.
- Completion of a recognized instructor course (i.e. Marine Corps Instructor, FLEX, DLEC, or equivalent).
- Demonstrate expertise in one or more warfighting functions (C2, Maneuver, Fires, Logistics, Aviation, or Information Management).
- Prior military or DoD experience as a systems analyst, operator, or instructor highly desired.
EDUCATION:
- High School Diploma/GED.
