What a B2B Partnerships and Tech Enablement Senior Manager, does at Visa:
You will be working closely with the Head of CMS Japan, and the larger VCS Japan team to identify and support commercialization of B2B Platform partnership opportunities and to drive localization of new-to-market Products and Solutions for Japanese market.
One of our key strategic pillars for CMS is to drive scalable adoption of our commercial solutions by integrating Visa capabilities on aggregated platform/distribution partners. This embedded finance solution will be a strong foundation to scale our commercial business in Japan. You will participate in active engagement with issuers, technology and solution partners, and vertical/industry players as well as cross functional teams within Visa including Sales, Product, Marketing, Technology.
Working with the AP Hub VCS team, you will also support the team with the localization of initial prototypes and proof-of-concepts product and solutions. You will lead specific workstreams under GTM plans to fast-track new product launches and support onboarding the first few issuers, enable acquiring & merchant side engagement, finalize sales enablement materials, create GTM assets (e.g., prototypes and standardized technical guides/manuals) and measure/ review performance metrics.
In this position, you will have responsibilities including:
Manage large scale technical implementation projects to develop new capabilities and solutions for Visa's commercial payment experience
Responsible for developing and enhancing Go-to-Market plan for Commercial Products/Capabilities working with VCS team
Identify use cases for commercial products through collaborating with clients and gathering information from the market
Lead to develop the pre-sales materials and narratives to introduce Products/Capabilities for clients
Drive initiatives along with the VCS leaders and team
Be an advocate for the business, collaborate across market and regional teams to ensure successful execution plan delivery
Develop and own product expertise over time to proactively advocate, as a subject matter expert to clients, partners and internal stakeholders which will require a deep understanding of product functionality, and roadmap, regulatory and compliance issues, and the technology and operational environment of target customers, including the major operational risk issues
Execute strategy to expand those solutions to wider group of clients in partnership with respective sales team, fully understanding of on-going market dynamics, clients and client's customer needs
Involve and organize market-driven new solution development projects with cross-functional and multi-national teams, and communicate technical and rule requirements to internal and external stakeholders
Initiate and manage product research for new solutions for consumers through use of tools and resources of Visa, clients and 3rd parties to make proactive recommendations to clients.
Establish and manage positive, beneficial, and constructive relationships with client stakeholders with deep understanding of client's business objectives and strategy.
Facilitate and direct internal Visa operations in response to specific client requests and ensure delivery of support to clients as and when required.
Bring global best practices through thought-leadership over coordinating relationships with Visa Global, Asia Pacific HUB counterparts and local peers.
This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 2-3 set days a week (determined by leadership/site), with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs.
