Job Description:

This project involves the development, maintenance, and operation of internal core business systems (HR, finance, employee benefits, etc.) for a major enterprise. The objective is to improve functionality and enable data integration among multiple systems. The PM will collaborate with business departments and domain teams to drive the project forward. Responsibilities include progress and issue management, stakeholder coordination, requirements organization, coordination and promotion of deliverables from other vendors, and overall project leadership.

Job Qualifications:

• Experience in backend development for web applications
• 5+ years of development experience using TypeScript
• Ability and experience in estimating non-functional requirements
• Development experience using AI tools such as Claude Code, Codex, and Cursor

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience developing APIs using Hono
• Experience in building and operating systems on Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
• Deep knowledge and experience in Harness Engineering
• Experience with Test-Driven Development (TDD)
• Experience building CI/CD pipelines

Languages: Japanese Conversational level (N3 or above) and English Business level
