The Badging Lead, assigned to one of Pinkerton largest global clients, will be responsible for the management of processes related to physical identify access badge creation and the maintenance of access control programs for the corporate sites within Japan. The Lead partners with local management, employees, contractors, and vendors in Japan. In addition to a high degree of technical knowledge, this customer service role requires a high level of interpersonal skills.
Essential Functions:
  1. Represent Pinkerton's core values of integrity, vigilance, and excellence.
  2. Monitor all badge and access applications via the Trouble-Ticket/SIM and RightCrowd systems and ensure that the Service Level Agreement (SLA) and commitments to internal customers are met.
  3. Monitor RightCrowd system working status and coordinate with global team for area access request.
  4. Manage the ANT Group to ensure all information on the owner, approver, and secondary approver is updated.
  5. Oversee the management of access levels creation, request, and level modification in the Lenel access control system.
  6. Serve as point of contact with Corporate Security Badge Office (CSBO) in support of badging operations.
  7. Ensure proper maintenance of badging inventory and records across assigned corporate offices.
  8. Partner with Area Access Managers to review restricted spaces and maintain updated audit access report.
  9. Conduct quarterly audits on badge access levels across assigned corporate offices.
  10. Provide technical guidance for the development of solutions while understanding and analyzing different technology solutions.
  11. Capture business requirements and workflows and provide solutions to meet customer needs.
  12. Develop, plan, and conduct training sessions to meet customer needs.
  13. Capture meeting minutes and action items.
  14. Coordinate with stakeholders to manage, track, and control projects issues timely delivery.
  15. Perform other badge and physical identity area access management related duties as assigned by the Area Security Manager- Japan.
  16. All other duties, as assigned.


Education, Experience, and Certifications:
