Job Description

- データ駆動の視覚管理技術を使用してKPIの改善を推進。
- 改善のガバナンスとアクショントラッキングに積極的に関与。
- 信頼性向上、保全最適化、および資産更新計画を通じて、Facility/Utilityインフラの維持管理および継続的改善を推進。
- Act as the site lead for BD Excellence and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Coordinate team activities and improvement projects aligned with strategic objectives to eliminate operational losses.
- Develop and maintain a multi-year Cost to Win (CTW) portfolio and support the governance process.
- Promote and embed BD Excellence concepts and systematic improvement methodologies throughout the site.
- Build organizational capability to establish strong foundations in safety, quality, and reliability.
- Drive KPI improvement using data-driven visual management techniques.
- Actively participate in improvement governance and action tracking processes.
- Drive the management and continuous improvement of Facility & Utility infrastructure through reliability enhancement, maintenance optimization, and asset renewal planning.
