General Job Description and Experience Needed:

Position 1) Oracle SCM Cloud-Solution Architect

Location: Hiroshima/Tokyo

主にOracle Fusion CloudのSCM Cloudモジュールのソリューションリード/アーキテクトとして業務を行います。クライアントとのソリューション協議の主導、プロセスワークショップの推進、SITやUATなどのテストサイクルの推進、技術開発、デプロイメント、SIT/UATの欠陥解決、本番インシデントサポートの管理と統制を担当。クライアントのビジネスSME、プロセスコンサルタント、他のモジュールのITチームと連携し、要件を理解・分析し、確実にタイムリーかつ高品質なタスクのデリバリーを実施します。

• 日本語および英語でのビジネスコミュニケーションスキル。5年以上のクライアント対面業務の経験（コンサルティング業務）

• 日本語でのビジネスレベルのライティングスキル
• Oracle ERPの15年以上の実務経験
• 2 つ以上のSCM Cloud プロジェクトをソリューションリードとしてエンドツーエンドで実施した（特に受注管理、在庫管理、調達、プランニング、製造のうち 2 つ以上の分野で）経験が望ましい
• クライアントのワークショップセッション、ソリューションのディスカッションを日本語で円滑に進められる
• Order Management Cloud（受注管理）、Inventory Cloud（在庫管理）、Mfg Cloud（製造）、Planning Cloud（プランニング）、Procurement Cloud（調達）のうち2/3以上の分野でソリューションを推進する能力

• コンサルタントが提供するソリューションをレビューする能力

Position 2) Infastructure Cloud Architect

Location: Tokyo, Japan

· Good understanding and knowledge of Cloud and Cloud products.

· Demonstrate the advantages and specialties of Cloud products, security and various services.

· Candidate should be able to interpret the deck during the technical meetings.

· Able to do Japanese to English or English to Japanese translation

· Terminology explanations and consultations based on knowledge of Cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure etc)

· Understand the technical requirements regarding Cloud Application development and modernization.

· Understand the customer requirements and evaluate the architectural solution provided by the architects.

· Has knowledge and understanding of a wide variety of cloud offerings. Demonstrates and applies foundational and required Cloud technical knowledge and understanding to ensure customer project success.

· Provide an interface between local Japan teams including internal and external stakeholders and the global delivery teams.

· Collaborate with product teams or lead to support in customer specific needs and plan to provide product/functional demonstration at technical level.

· Will work under the minimal supervision of the Delivery Manager.

· Ensure project team, internal management, and external customers are provided with appropriate, timely, and accurate requirements and expectations.

· Respond to technical questions. Also provide consulting services to the cloud customer specifically related to Data services (LOOKER, Databases) as and when required.

· Basic understanding on SQL and No SQL Databases, Fair understanding on SQL queries.

· Basic knowledge on Looker/any similar BI platforms.

· Support customer in the product/data migration process on a need basis to customer along with the product team support.

· Ability to understand the customers goal and provide solutions accordingly by discussing with product teams.

· Understand the internal organization policy and process, abide by the guidelines.

· Degree in IT / Computer Science / related discipline with 10+ years of experience in IT industry with development and Infrastructure experience.

· Experience in developing and deploying microservices.

·Strong knowledge in functional programming, data structures, algorithms, distributed systems and systems architecture.

· Experience in executing the projects in different methodologies (Waterfall, Agile etc)

· Experience with various development frameworks like Spring, Struts, Hibernate etc.

· Expert in writing Junit tests and debugging code/issues.

· Experience in the Relational Database, No SQL and/or Big Data technologies

· Experience with build tools like Maven, Gradle, Git etc. and entire CI/CD process

· Should be able to design, develop, and manage robust, secure, scalable, highly available, and dynamic solutions to drive business objectives.

· Experience in application modernization.

· Be able to Design and plan a cloud solution architecture. Design for security and compliance.

· Be able to manage implementations of cloud architecture and manage and provision the cloud solution infrastructure.

· Be able to analyze and optimize technical and business processes and ensure solution and operations reliability.

· Google Cloud Platform Certification Professional Cloud Architect (PCA) or other cloud equivalent certification.

· Demonstrating excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.

· Japanese Native.

Nice to have:

· Familiarity with GCP IaaS Services & GCP Products

· Work experience of other Cloud services such as AWS, Azure, IBM Soft layer, Rackspace, Private Clouds

· Experience in Performance testing and tuning.

· Knowledge on containerization and container orchestration technologies such as Google Kubernetes Engine (GKE)

· Experience in managing large scale Windows/Linux environments.
