Bilingual IT Support Engineer / Junior Systems Administrator
About Us
We are a bilingual Managed IT Services Provider (MSP) supporting foreign-owned and internationally focused companies operating in Japan.
Our clients rely on us as their outsourced IT department, helping with day-to-day IT support, Microsoft 365 administration, cloud services, device management, cybersecurity, and IT operations.
This role is ideal for someone who wants to build an IT career in an international environment while using both Japanese and English on a daily basis.
You will have opportunities to work directly with overseas clients, vendors, and partners, as well as potential opportunities for overseas travel and training.
Responsibilities
- Provide IT support to business users in Japanese and English
- Support Windows PCs, laptops, mobile devices, and business applications
- Administer Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace environments
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and device onboarding
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and cloud-related issues
- Coordinate with overseas clients, vendors, and support teams
- Assist with cybersecurity and IT compliance initiatives
- Create and maintain IT documentation
- Support infrastructure and cloud projects as experience grows
Required Qualifications
- Business-level Japanese
- Business-level English
- 1+ years of IT support, help desk, system administration, or related experience
- Basic understanding of corporate IT environments
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Willingness to learn new technologies
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with any of the following is a plus:
- Microsoft 365
- Google Workspace
- Windows Server
- Networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, VPN, Wi-Fi)
- Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud
- Endpoint management tools
- Cybersecurity fundamentals
- Scripting or automation
- ERP or business applications

業務内容
- 日本語・英語によるITサポート対応
- Windows PC、ノートPC、モバイル端末、業務アプリケーションのサポート
- Microsoft 365およびGoogle Workspaceの管理・運用
- ユーザーアカウントやアクセス権限の管理
- PCセットアップ、入退社対応、機器管理
- ハードウェア、ソフトウェア、ネットワーク、クラウドサービスに関するトラブルシューティング
- 海外のお客様、ベンダー、パートナー企業との調整
- セキュリティ対策やIT運用改善のサポート
- IT関連ドキュメントの作成・更新
- スキルに応じてインフラ構築やクラウド導入プロジェクトへの参加
応募資格（必須）
- 日本語：ビジネスレベル以上（ネイティブ歓迎）
- 英語：ビジネスレベル以上
- ITサポート、ヘルプデスク、システム運用管理などの実務経験（目安1年以上）
- 企業向けIT環境に関する基本的な知識
- コミュニケーション能力および顧客対応能力
- 新しい技術を学ぶ意欲
- 自ら考え、主体的に業務を進められる方
