Biometrics Senior Project Manager

* Lead and manage a team of biostatisticians and data managers to ensure the delivery of high-quality and timely statistical analysis plans, data management plans, and data analyses for clinical trials.

Description
* The Biometrics Senior Manager is responsible for independently managing Biometrics project teams throughout the study lifecycle.
* Lead a team of Data Management, Biostatistics, Statistical Programming, and Medical Writing professionals while managing multiple, complex projects with varying numbers of Biometrics services.
* Serve as the primary point of contact between clients, vendors, and project teams.
* Establish and maintain relationships with these parties to encourage repeat business and ensure effective communication and team function.
* Manage cross-functional collaboration to ensure deliverables are provided on time, within budget, and with quality.
* Generate and maintain project timelines, milestones, and action items, and coordinate and lead project team meetings.
* Collaborate with finance to manage project financials, including project budgets, monthly accruals, and invoicing.
* Identify out-of-scope activities and execute necessary change orders, recognize and facilitate issue resolution, and participate in risk identification, mitigation, management, and resolution.
* Provide performance feedback to team members and oversees junior staff on project management processes and tasks. They support the generation and review of contracts, confirm required project trainings are completed by the team, and support audits and CAPA completion.
* Contributes to business development activities and departmental initiatives, including SOP development and review
* May develop and refine project management processes within the Company
* Performs other tasks assigned by the Senior Management team.
Profile
* Bachelor's degree or higher in life sciences
* Extensive experience in project management experience
* Excellent understanding of Biometrics services and processes, FDA regulations, drug development, and PM processes
* Strong presentation and communication skills, both oral and written
* Team player with excellent interpersonal skills
* Flexible, able to handle multiple tasks and deadlines
* Fluent in both Japanese and business level English
* Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, and Outlook
* MBA or PMP certification preferred
