拡大を続けるWeb3・ブロックチェーンエコシステムにおいて、チームの拡大を牽引する日本語ネイティブの採用担当者を募集します。豊富な採用経験、高い日英バイリンガル能力、工程・技術職市場への深い理解が必要です。

We are seeking a proactive, results-driven Native Japanese Recruiter to scale our Web3/blockchain teams. You must have solid recruitment experience, strong bilingual skills, and tech market insight.

業務内容 / Responsibilities

エンドツーエンドの採用管理 ソーシング、選考、面接調整からオファー交渉まで、採用プロセス全般をワンストップで担当。
End-to-End Hiring: Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing and screening to interviews and offer management.
パイプラインの構築 エンジニア、プロダクトマネージャー、BD、マーケターなど、Web3/Tech領域の人材プールを拡大。
Pipeline Building: Build and maintain strong talent pools for Web3, engineering, product, and business development roles.
日本市場の開拓 日本国内およびグローバルな日本語圏市場における採用活動の主導。
Market Focus: Lead recruitment activities across Japan and global Japanese-speaking markets.
アクティブ・ソーシング LinkedIn、暗号資産コミュニティ、業界ネットワーク、リファラルを駆使したダイレクトリクルーティング。
Active Sourcing: Hunt candidates via LinkedIn, crypto communities, professional networks, and referrals.
グローバル連携 海外のハイアリングマネージャーと密に連携し、採用要件の定義とプロセス最適化を推進。
Collaboration: Work closely with international hiring managers to understand requirements and ensure a top candidate experience.

応募資格 / Requirements

経験 IT、ブロックチェーン、Web3、またはFinTech業界における2+年の採用実務経験。
Experience: Over 2 years of recruitment experience in tech, blockchain, Web3, or fintech environments.
語学力 日本語がネイティブレベルであり、かつ流暢な英語力日英双語必須。
Language: Native Japanese proficiency with fluent English communication skills.
市場理解 日本の人材市場、主要な採用チャネル、ソーシング手法ビズリーチ、Wantedly等への深い知見。
Market Savvy: Deep understanding of the Japanese talent landscape, local channels, and candidate networks.
職種対応力 技術職開発/プロダクトと非技術職マーケ/BDの両方の採用実績。
Versatility: Proven experience sourcing both technical and non-technical talent.
スキル LinkedIn Recruiter、ATS、最新のソーシングツールの熟練した使用経験と、高い自走力。
Efficiency: Proficient with LinkedIn Recruiter/ATS, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
