* Develop and drive marketing strategy for short and long term product portfolio
* Identify relevant Market Research and data to capture market trends and competitive intelligence
* Build marketing initiative to drive therapeutic area environment
* Lead the cross-functional team to drive overall brand performance in various aspect
* Work closely global team to align business strategy for both global and local level
Profile
* 5 years + marketing experience in Pharmaceutical industry
* Experience in new product launch is preferred
* Prove success in omni-channel strategy is a big plus
* Business level of English and Japanese
