Senior Business Analyst Corporate Real Estate Technology
Appealing Points:
- Act as the primary Business Analyst for Japan, with opportunities to support APAC initiatives.
- Serve as a key bridge between business users, IT teams, global stakeholders, and vendors.
- Work on business process improvement, requirements definition, system implementation, testing, and solution adoption in a global CRES IT environment.
Annual Salary: 6 Million Yen and above
Job Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary Business Analysis contact for Japan and support APAC initiatives as needed.
- Understand business needs and analyze current processes, mainly for Japan.
- Identify improvement opportunities and propose practical solutions.
- Gather, document, and manage business and functional requirements.
- Create process flows, user stories, use cases, and acceptance criteria.
- Act as a liaison between Japan business users, IT teams, global teams, and vendors.
- Support solution design, system testing, and UAT.
- Analyze application issues and coordinate with IT teams and vendors for resolution.
- Support data analysis, reporting, user training, and solution adoption.
- Review vendor and offshore deliverables to ensure requirements are met.
- Identify and communicate risks, issues, and dependencies.
- Ensure compliance with governance and information security requirements.
Job Qualifications:
- 7+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Systems Analyst, or similar.
- Strong experience supporting business users and technology initiatives in Japan.
- Requirements gathering, business process analysis, and functional specification experience.
- Ability to translate business needs into clear, actionable requirements.
- Experience creating process flows, user stories, use cases, and test scenarios.
- Experience supporting system implementation, enhancement, testing, and production support.
- Understanding of APIs, system integrations, databases, and cloud/SaaS solutions.
- Experience working with business users, IT teams, and vendors.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience working with global or cross-cultural teams.
- Understanding of governance and information security requirements.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Knowledge of corporate real estate, facilities, or workplace management in Japan.
- Experience with related SaaS solutions.
- Experience supporting APAC or multinational teams.
- Experience in financial services or other regulated industries.
- Business analysis certifications such as CBAP or PMI-PBA.
- Familiarity with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery methods.
Languages Required: Native level Japanese and Business level English
