Job Description:

• We are looking for a highly motivated Business Analyst to join our Japan business team. The ideal candidate will be a native Japanese with fluent English communication skills, capable of working closely with Japanese clients and global delivery teams to define business requirements, optimize processes, and drive digital transformation initiatives.
• The Business Analyst will act as a bridge between business stakeholders, IT teams, and project delivery teams, ensuring that business needs are accurately translated into functional requirements and delivered successfully. This role requires strong stakeholder engagement skills, business process analysis expertise, and experience working in multicultural environments.

Job Responsibilities:

• Business Analysis & Requirements Management
  • Conduct workshops, interviews, and discovery sessions with clients and stakeholders.
  • Gather, analyze, and document business requirements, functional specifications, and process flows.
  • Translate business needs into user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional requirements.
  • Identify gaps, risks, dependencies, and opportunities for process improvement.
  • Create business process maps, workflow diagrams, and solution documentation.
  
  
• Stakeholder Management
  • Act as the primary liaison between Japanese clients and global delivery teams.
  • Facilitate communication across business users, project managers, architects, developers, and QA teams.
  • Present findings, recommendations, and project updates to stakeholders.
  • Build trusted relationships with client leadership and business users.
  
  
• Solution Design & Delivery Support
  • Collaborate with technical teams to design business solutions aligned with client objectives.
  • Support Agile/Scrum ceremonies including backlog grooming, sprint planning, and requirement clarification.
  • Assist in UAT planning, execution, defect management, and sign-off processes.
  • Ensure delivered solutions meet business expectations and objectives.
  
  
• Consulting & Advisory
  • Analyze current business processes and recommend digital transformation initiatives.
  • Advise clients on industry best practices and technology-enabled business improvements.
  • Support pre-sales activities, proposal preparation, and solution workshops when required.
  
  

Languages : Native level Japanese and Business level English.
