We're looking for a smart and talented person who will be responsible for account managing ultra-fast grocery marketplace service. In this role, you will be expected to drive ultra-fast grocery marketplace service in existing and new cities. You will be in charge of deepening our relationships with existing merchants to drive activities and meet our business targets. You will need proven ability to negotiate and roll out complex business terms, develop and manage relationships, drive results and demonstrate competency with business and financial analytics. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with a passion for retail and a high level of flexibility and commitment. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including Operations and Marketing to secure high quality service level, develop selection and drive business activities in order to secure sustainable growth. You must be an effective leader and communicator to deliver through our partners ensuring launch dates and profitability goals are met. In that perspective, you will work closely with a Business product manager who will provide you with insights to inform your business decisions.
The ideal candidate is passionate about delivering the best customer experience online and has the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders. S/he raises the bar for merchants, and develops and executes strategies to grow our partnerships and selection. S/he is eager to innovate and solve difficult problems, is a self-starter, and drives projects end-to-end, including presenting progress to senior leadership on a regular basis. S/he excels at cross-functional collaboration, and identifies and influences key stakeholders across the organization and partners with development and business teams.
