We're looking for an ambitious and visionary BDR Team Lead to spearhead our dynamic business development team at Plan A, driving sustainable solutions and propelling our sales pipeline to new heights. If our mission is aligned with your values and personal goals, we want to get to know you!

Your responsibilities

  • Lead the recruitment, training, and ongoing coaching of SDRs and BDRs, ensuring they possess the necessary skills to excel in their roles.
  • Set clear performance targets for the team, offering continuous coaching and conducting regular evaluations to maintain high standards of performance.
  • Collaborate with Sales Operations to define and optimise lead generation and qualification processes, aiming to maximise efficiency and conversion rates.
  • Implement best practices for outbound prospecting, lead nurturing, and follow-up to drive successful outcomes for the team.
  • Ensure seamless handover of qualified leads by fostering collaboration between the BDR team and sales and marketing departments.
  • Provide comprehensive training and resources to equip SDRs and BDRs with the knowledge and skills required to succeed in their roles.
  • Oversee the use and optimisation of sales technology tools (e.g., CRM, sales engagement platforms) to improve productivity and effectiveness across the team.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (Master's preferred).
  • 5 years of experience in Sales Development or Inside Sales, with at least 2 years in a leadership role within a SaaS or technology company.
  • Proven track record of exceeding lead generation targets and driving pipeline growth.
  • Strong understanding of BDR best practices, processes, and tools.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in the UK, French, German and other European markets is a plus
