IT Business Manager

In this position, the IT Business Application Manager delivers strategic IT support to the business, focusing on process compliance, enhancement, application alignment, and ongoing communication. Acting as a liaison between various business sectors and the IT department, the role ensures alignment with business objectives, operational efficiency, customer satisfaction with IT services, and cost management within set targets.
1 Facilitate engagement with stakeholders at tactical levels, aiding in problem articulation, business case development, and budget approval preparation.
2 Ensure quality in evaluating requirements, prioritizing them, and collaborating across IT and business domains with relevant experts.
3 Manage projects effectively in terms of quality, time, and budget, contributing actively to steering committees, fostering business readiness, and managing risks.
* Proficiency in a relevant business domain or IT solution background.
* Project management experience, preferably based on established methodologies.
* Advantageous to possess knowledge in data analytics, information, and data management technologies.
* Strong stakeholder management skills with empathy, effective verbal and written communication abilities in both Japanese and English.
