-Manage the planning, design, development and delivery of system solutions for a specific business or technology area, in alignment with design and architectural standards and business requirements. Direct the capture, qualification and prioritization of new IT demand and ensure IT services provided to business meet service quality standards as per agreed SLAs.
-Represent IT to the business or IT groups receiving services, ensuring that expectations for IT services are met.
-Identify and qualify new demand with overall responsibility for steering proposals through the early phases of approval; lead initiatives to identify opportunities, gather high level requirements, perform high level technology impact analysis, and work directly with customer teams to identify and develop business cases, and obtain sponsorship.
-Lead the delivery of projects for the business, from initiation to operational handover, aligning with COEs and other BEFs where needed.
-Ensure SLAs are met for all IT Services, collect customer feedback and identify optimization areas; identify and manage risks related to IT Services.
-May hold end to end accountability for business processes, integrate services horizontally across organizational units, and manage interfaces between Service Delivery projects.
-Manage the design of system solutions in alignment with design and architectural standards, while meeting quality, performance, security and business requirements. -Manage the scheduling and deployment of IT solutions across multiple countries and/or functions
-Completeness and accuracy of business demand capture
-Project/solution delivery execution (quality, time, cost) -Process efficiency
