Project Manager III Job Description
The Strategic Operational Support (SOS) & Development candidate will have accountability to support project management on behalf of the Enterprise Operations and Service organization. The position requires a solid grasp of traditional project management skills with an emphasis on communications and relationship building. Identify, prioritize, and implement new projects and special projects to support organizational objectives. Responsible for establishing and monitoring key program metrics to gauge achieved performance and adjust as needed. As project owner, the candidate will conduct data analysis and provide summary details to key stakeholders.
The project manager will measure, analyze, and implement changes to meet or exceed performance and financial targets. The ideal candidate will be well organized and experienced with process, driving positive change, enjoys team collaboration and being hands on with data. This role will be focused on business development and growth.
The Project Manager will need to build relationships with all cross functional business partners across Guardian and our vendor partners. Forging these relationships will make it easier to stay on top of the customer experience on Guardian assets and end-to-end evaluation of programs.

Education: This position requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
Certifications: CAPM or PMP Certification & Lean Six Sigma Certification – Yellow, Green or Black Belt

Salary Range
$66,130.00 - $108,640.00The salary range reflected above is a good faith estimate of base pay for the primary location of the position. The salary for this position ultimately will be determined based on the education, experience, knowledge, and abilities of the successful candidate. In addition to salary, this role may also be eligible for annual, sales, or other incentive compensation.
