Global Enterprise Partners is looking for a Business Systems Analyst to join my client in the FMCG industry here in Tokyo, Japan. This role is hybrid working style so this person must be located in or near Tokyo.
Responsibilities:
* Manage applications on a day-to-day basis, helping users with support using ServiceNow
* Act as liaison between the business and internal overseas IT team as well vendor communication
* Work with IT applications to ensure business needs are met
* Provide functional user support based on internal SLAs and KPIs
Requirements:
* 3+ years of experience in project implementation, support in data analytics and/or Topline scope
* Experience in communication with business users and internal IT team
* Strong experience in IT applications
* Ability to map business activities into processes to optimize and support
* Strong communication/interpersonal skills
* Business level of both English and Japanese required
* ERP, CRM experience, and/or Power BI knowledge a plus
