Description
- Aids in developing and executing the firm's reward strategy.
- Manages the key areas of reward, benefits and pensions and liaises with third parties to develop a consistent best practice approach.
- Assists with managing Health Care programs including Medical, Pharmacy, Dental, Vision, Trip/Transit, Flexible Spending Accounts, and Retiree Medical Programs (U.S. Domestic and Puerto Rico populations).
- Ensures that reward practices are compliant with the relevant regulatory recommendations and requirements are also covered in this function.
- Handles and resolves escalated individual participant issues.
- Assists with regular internal and external audits.
- Manages regulatory filings and state reporting.
Profile
- 6-10 years of relevant experience in Benefits; experience in Mobility will be a plus
- Bi-lingual capability (Japanese & English)
- Proven influencing and relationship management skills
