Major Accountabilities

• Develop the Strategic Plan for next 3-5 years, and Marketing plan as annual base

• Establish and enhance the category portfolio through New Product Initiatives

• Lead and/or supervise the team to develop and implement the marketing activities based on the analysis of landscape to identify the key opportunities/ issues

• Work with international marketing team to build and deploy brand activities that match Japan business needs

• Lead and supervise the team to improve the demand forecast accuracy

• Lead and/ or supervise to improve effectiveness & efficiency of marketing expenditure

• Manage PDCA process for key marketing activities

• Develops and nurtures marketing talents under his or her direct management

Education / Language / Experience

•10 years of progressive brand management or trade marketing experience.
•Experience driving business by involving multiple stakeholders and customers

•Experience of brand P/L responsibilities

•Experience of multiple brand portfolio management
•360 campaign experience w/Sales Training
•Demonstrated experience in working with a broad range of sales and marketing teams at a global organization
•Speaks English fluently to negotiate and persuade international counterparts
•Experience in the healthcare industry is welcome.
