Summary of Opportunity:
Play an important role as an internal consumer research specialist to plan/lead/manage multiple consumer research projects with stakeholders. Will have good opportunities to cultivate further experience in both quantitative and qualitative research projects. Theme of research projects also have varieties such as communication concept test, package design test, qualitative interview to the specialists.
Key Responsibilities
Develop consumer research plan with stakeholders.
Communicate with research agency to execute the consumer research projects.
Project management of multiple research projects with support of the manager
Engage in the reporting/analysis of the research data or the other data source, with proper support from the manager.
Potential product categories in scope: Consumer health products such as mouthwash, wound care products, body moisturize for adult & baby, OTC (e.g. pain-killer) and Basic Skin Care products.
Qualifications
Experience/Knowledge Required:
Native in Japanese, above business level of English
Experience in consumer research: Qualitative or Quantitative (having no feeling of hesitation for both Qual & Quant research projects) - Preferred the experience of FMCG category.
Experience in consumer research either at the research agency, or at the client side with experience of agency management/communication
Preferred the experience of basic data analysis by excel.
Preferred the experience of writing research report.
Business level of Microsoft Office (Excel/Word/Powerpoint)
