Change Management Lead for Workspace Deployment

Appealing Points:

• Lead enterprise-wide change management initiatives for Google Workspace transformation projects, driving successful adoption across organizations
• Build expertise in stakeholder engagement, user training, risk mitigation, and continuous improvement within large-scale digital change programs

Annual Salary : 8 Million Yen and Above

Job Qualifications:

• Experience in a customer-facing technical consulting role (must)
• Develop a change management plan that aligns with the overall project plan for Workspace ( Gmail, Calendar, and Drive + Editors) (must)
• Communicate the change management plan to stakeholders and obtain buy-in. (must)
• Manage the implementation of changes, including training users on new processes and systems. (must)
• Monitor and evaluate the change management process, and make adjustments as needed.(must)
• Identify and mitigate risks associated with the change management process.(must)
• Provide support to employees during the change process.(must)

Language Required: Business Japanese level and business level japanese required.
