職務内容
- パートナー戦略の立案
- パートナーの選定、新規開拓、契約交渉
- 既存パートナーとの事業計画立案と、共同施策推進、事業進捗のレビュー
- パートナー向け営業資料・研修コンテンツの作成
- パートナー経由の商談および、そこからの受注、継続的な売上の最大化
- 社内の営業チームとの連携による商談クロージング支援
- マーケティングチームと連携のうえ、チャネルマーケティングの企画･実行
- KPI 管理・レポーティング
スキル･経験
- 大学卒(学部･専攻不問)
- B2B 営業経験 8 年以上（チャネル/アライアンス経験歓迎）
- PowerPoint・Excel による提案資料作成スキル
- 人事・総務部門への提案経験歓迎
- 福利厚生ソリューション提案経験歓迎
- Salesforce 等 CRM の活用経験
- GTM 戦略立案スキル

本ポジションは、営業統括本部長に直接レポートしていただきます。営業統括本部長は、日本の代表取 締役に直接レポートしており、非常にフラットで風通しの良い組織体制が整っています。
