ERM is seeking a consultant to join our growing Sustainable Product and Supply Chain team in Japan.
The Role:
In this role, you will provide chemical regulatory consulting service for both domestic and international clients. You will be responsible for conducting compliance review and related document control, communicating with relevant Third-party (supplier/importer/authority etc.) on behalf of clients, and provide chemical regulatory advises. You are expected to deliver performance results to expand ERM's Product Stewardship Services team and client base.
The ideal candidate:
To be successful in this role, you have a client focused approach and is an excellent communicator, both verbally and in writing. You know global chemical regulations and have good Japanese and English skills. A self-starter, you have good judgement and the ability to build relationship and collaborating with stakeholders. Professional experience in chemical, law, or related discipline would be a plus to your application.
Requirements:
- A minimum 1 years of new chemical substance or existing chemical substance registration experience under Japan Chemical Substances Control Law and Industrial Safety and Health Act, Korea-REACH, China-REACH, Taiwan-REACH, EU-REACH, USA TSCA and so on.
- Fluent Japanese and English.
