This Asset Manager specialises in renewable energy infrastructure and manages a diversified portfolio across Japan. It delivers stable returns for institutional and retail investors, while contributing to Japan’s clean energy transition. It is licensed by the Financial Services Agency of Japan to engage in asset management and investment advisory services. Their mission is to lead the renewable energy investments through disciplined management, ESG integration, and innovation.
Your new role
You will lead all investment activities and will manage deal origination, structuring, and execution, working closely with institutional investors to enable long-term value creation:
- Originate, evaluate, and structure new investment opportunities, including project developments and acquisitions
- Lead portfolio management, optimising capital structure and asset performance.
- Coordinate closely with external investors, lenders, and partners on financing and governance matters.
- Define and execute the company’s investment strategy across renewable energy infrastructure assets.
- Manage financial modelling, due diligence, and investment committee processes.
- Contribute to overall corporate strategy, risk management, and stakeholder reporting.
Who you are
You have experience in project finance, private equity, or infrastructure investment, ideally in energy or renewables. You have led complex transactions in Japan and understand Japanese energy regulations and financing. Native Japanese language proficiency is preferred.
